Yes, please ensure you purchase the A3 size frame (either white or black). Please note that they will be side by side, exactly as they appear in the photos you provide, we cannot customize any further than this (we will adjust each person's size to match the others). As an extra layer of safety, we will send you the artwork to approve via email/ Whatsapp/ text (usually same day), just to double check. You can ask for a full refund at this point, that's how we keep our return rate at 0% all year round. Purchase with confidence!

We send previews for every order that doesn't meet our high brow standards. (we don't take any risks). Still, if you have any anxiety or concerns (and want even more control) email office@personalizeportraits.com after you purchase and request a preview. Processing takes less than 24 hours, we send the parcels via Royal Mail 1st Class to UK mainland, they are usually delivered within 24 to 48 hours.
