Does the price change if there are multiple people in the photo?
No, it just means we spend more time working, instead of chatting, as our manager often reminds us.
I have multiple people in different photos, I want them all together in one final A3 size frame. Is this possible?
Yes, please ensure you purchase the A3 size frame (either white or black). Please note that they will be side by side, exactly as they appear in the photos you provide, we cannot customize any further than this (we will adjust each person's size to match the others). As an extra layer of safety, we will send you the artwork to approve via email/ Whatsapp/ text (usually same day), just to double check. You can ask for a full refund at this point, that's how we keep our return rate at 0% all year round. Purchase with confidence!
Can I see a preview before my order is shipped?
We send previews for every order that doesn't meet our high brow standards. (we don't take any risks). Still, if you have any anxiety or concerns (and want even more control) email firstname.lastname@example.org after you purchase and request a preview. Also, just know that we are happy to issue a full refund at any stage, even 83 days after you received it. Shop with confidence!
How long is your processing time? How long does delivery take to UK, Ireland, USA, Canada or Australia?
Processing takes 24-48 hours (we send you a preview for confirmation). Parcels are delivered within 1-2 days in UK. We ship to Australia, USA, Canada and Ireland using a free, tracked 3-5 days delivery service. Shop with confidence!
What about Covid in 2022, are you still operating as usual?
Yes, there are no delays, we process the orders same day and they are already in the post next day, via Royal Mail 24-48hr 1st Class, free of charge, as we've been doing it for years. Ireland, USA, Australia and Canada orders arrive in approx 3-5 working days.
