Yes, any photo you have. If we can’t do it, or it’s not up to your standard, we will issue an immediate refund, no questions asked.
Can I see a preview before my order is shipped?
We send previews for every order that doesn't meet our high brow standards. (we don't take any risks). Still, if you have any anxiety or concerns (and want even more control) email office@personalizeportraits.com after you purchase and request a preview. Also, just know that we are happy to issue a full refund at any stage, even 83 days after you received it. Shop with confidence!
How long is your processing time? How long does delivery take to UK, Ireland, USA, Canada or Australia?
Processing takes 24-48 hours (we send you a preview for confirmation). Parcels are delivered within 1-2 days in UK. We ship to Australia, Canada and Ireland using a free, tracked 3-5 days delivery service. Shop with confidence!
