Our policy lasts 90 days, and we offer pre-paid return labels. (we can also refund you if you pay to return an item yourself, please send it second class.)
There's no need to contact us with a reason, simply return the item if you wish to do so.

Replacements/ Damaged in Transit
Email us at email@example.com with a photo of the damage, we will ship another one out next day.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund, this will be credited either to your PayPal account or directly to your bank account, depending on which option you opted for when you checked out.
We always strive to issue the refund within 24 hours of receiving an item.
